Sink pipes leaking
Great service, Jack was extremely professional, explained everything that was needed to deal with the leaking pipes under the sink. Replaced pipework and made sure it was all watertight, we were also given the number for concept claims solutions south west wales, who were amazing in assiting us in our home insurance claim, they helped to argue our case and made sure we new our intrests were being up held, if it wasnt for them i dont believe we would have stood a chance.

Fantastic Plumber
Arron came out of an emergency situation. He arrived super quickly. Extremely professional. Explained exactly what he was doing. Excellent customer service. Very polite and courteous. Also extremely tidy, clean and took care not to damage the property. Was due to come back the next day to fit apart. I was given a 6-hour window when he may arrive (1 to 6.00). He arrived on the dot if 1.00 so no hanging around waiting for hours. I could not recommend Arron highly enough.

David assessed the gas pipework problem and proposed a solution. The work was done speedily and with a thorough approach. Additional checks were run on connected appliances and an overall gas safety pressure check was run on the system for leakage. Very reassuring to know all was well after the work was completed, friendly and considerate throughout his visit. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend him.
